Brian Noble

President

Brian founded Asset Compliant Solutions (ACS) in 1998, with the goal of helping people and companies cure and recover assets ethically. His personal strengths and beliefs are centered around fostering relationships, assessing scenarios, and identifying the best possible outcomes to resolve accounts.

Brian is the President and founder of ACS. For more than 20 years, he has been an entrepreneur, relationship builder, and asset management leader.

Andrew Pace

COO

Andrew has been with ACS for over 20 years and is responsible for overseeing the operational functions. His leadership and experience are focused on developing asset management services and solutions, provide excellent service as the client lead, and spearhead revenue growth activities to establish ACS as a recognizable leader in the industry.

Greg Meyer

CFO

Greg’s experience in public accounting, private industry, and teaching at several local colleges has given him a diversified skillset that brings depth to the organization.

Greg is the CFO/CIO at ACS and initially joined ACS in 2007 as a project consultant. He has an MBA in Professional Accounting from Canisius College with over 30 years of experience in Accounting and Finance, Corporate Operations and IT Management.

Leslie Skwara

Vice President, Director of Finance

Leslie brings extensive experience in financial strategy and operational leadership, with a strong track record of driving growth and efficiency in innovation-focused companies. Before joining ACS, she served as VP of Operations and Finance at Mongoose, where she improved operational efficiency by 20% and enhanced client retention. Leslie specializes in strategic financial management and optimizing business processes to support sustainable growth.

Lacy Gowiski

Manager of Administration

Lacy has a diverse background in operational leadership, strategic partnerships, and process optimization. Previously the Director of Administration at Mongoose, she led digital transformations that reduced costs and improved efficiency. With experience in both Fortune 500 companies and high-growth firms, Lacy excels in implementing solutions that enhance team performance and streamline operations. She holds an MBA from Medaille College.

Carrie Weston

Controller

Carrie’s role at ACS enables her to leverage her love for numbers and spreadsheets to support the leadership team with financial reporting and analytical review.

She joined the ACS Finance team in 2015 with over twelve years of experience in the collections industry. Carrie obtained her degree from Empire State College in business, management, and economics.

Eric Faso

Collection Manager

Eric manages the daily collection and customer service call operation for multiple prime Commercial and Consumer Lenders. With over 18 years of collection and management experience, Eric and his team have consistently achieved recovery rates well above the national average while maintaining a portfolio of accounts.

As the Collection Manager, Eric’s role is to establish, build, and maintain client and customer relationships. At ACS, our driving force is to provide exceptional customer and client experience focused on brand protection.

Tom Waters

Recovery Manager

Tom brings over 25 years in the collection industry with 16 years of being in a management role and leading a team to success. As the Recovery Manager, his experience and leadership are focused on maintaining and training a high caliber team in the day-to-day operations. The number one message that Tom conveys to the Recovery Team is to always have a client-first mentality.
